Our contingent fees in automobile personal injury cases are 25% of the recovery unless and until we file a law suit, at which time the contingent fee increases to 33.33% of the recovery which is lower than some other lawyers charge.
We have found frequently that it is not in our clients’ interest to file a lawsuit in hopes of making a larger recovery and many clients simply do not want to litigate.
